The weather is starting to get warmer on the East Coast and with more daylight, I find myself energized to start clearing out the old, dusting away Winter’s cobwebs and opening the windows.

My favorite part of Spring and Summer? More outdoor time!
The end of April is when I bring out the chairs and give them a good cleaning. The perfect Good Home cleaner for this job is our Glass and Surface Cleaner. Plant based and non-toxic, the perfect product for all of your outdoor cleaning.  It works amazingly on plastic outdoor furniture and it is also a great cleaner for the outside of your grill, and is even safe enough to use on pool toys.  Just spray, wash and rinse with a hose. No harm will come to your patio or the grass and soil. My personal fave is the Pure Grass scent. 

We often overlook the outside of our home, but that deserves a good cleaning too. Did you know you can add 3 Tablespoons of our glass and surface cleaner to a gallon of water and wash the doors and window sills with it?  Yes!  It is amazing! I just rinse off with a hose or clean water.  Outdoor light covers, deck railing, even plastic mailboxes will appreciate a good cleaning with our surface cleaner.

Indoors I like to do a seasonal cleaning of weird things we don’t usually look at – like air vents in the bathroom and kitchen, the inside of the ceiling light covers, and the dreaded rubber ring on the washer! This is the perfect time to use your oldest rag ready for the bin or compostable fiber cloth. Spray it liberally with our surface cleaner and wipe away the gunk. If you can put it in the sink, give it a good scrub in there and then dry and give it another spray clean. The surface cleaner is super tough on grease and non toxic. No harsh fumes and also gentle on your skin. There is no need for harsh, toxic, cleaners in this day and age!
