Please refer to above color coded map for average shipping transit days per US location. We try to ship orders out within 1 week of them being placed. There are delays due to COVID-19.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and US Territories (such as VI, PR and Guam). A shipping fee will be applied to all orders shipping within the Contiguous 48 States where the merchandise is sent. Shipping fees are based on package weight and ship to location. It is the negotiated rate for UPS ground and is the actual cost of shipping. All items with backordered items will ship in full when the items is restocked. All other orders are shipped within 1 week. Please be patient as we are a very small business, and there are significant delays due to COVID. Once your order is received, an approval email will be sent detailing your order.

Out-of-Stock products will not be back-ordered. If you are charged for an item and it then becomes out of stock before the order ships you will be refunded for the product amount. We will do our absolute best to let you know what is out of stock on the website.

The Good Home Co. assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer. The cost of such fees will be applied to the customer credit card used on the original order.

We reserve the right to charge the customer any costs incurred in changing the shipping address on an order after the package is in transit. A minimum fee of $10.00 will be charged for address corrections.

If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item. Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal, even if the order is placed during a free shipping or other special promotion. This policy does not apply to any merchandise that is received defective or damaged.

Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns for any custom made items. We do not accept returns for any used products. If you would like to return an unused product, you must contact us for further instructions 7 days upon receiving your shipment. If you return an item without contacting us first, you may not be issued a proper refund.

To return a product for a refund or exchanged scent, the shipping cost is to be paid by the customer. Once we receive the product, we will refund the cost of the items. If you are exchanging for a different scent, GHC will cover the cost of reshipping the items to the customer.

For items purchased at stores, contact the store the purchase was made at to find out what their return policy is. If your order is damaged, please contact us immediately for further instructions and please reference your order number.

Ordering

To order from this website, place the items for purchase in your cart in the desired quantity. When you have added all products to your cart, you may click View Cart to confirm your items or go directly to check-out. Our guaranteed shelf life for our products is one year due to their natural consistency. Our products do contain preservatives, but in minimal amounts.  Therefore we suggest using the product within one year of purchase. Please note that if you are using a promotional code, you will have to enter that code on the Cart page, prior to commencing check-out.

Shipping, Payment, Pricing & Promotions

No price adjustments on previous purchases. We accept all major credit cards. Shipping charges are based on the package's weight and exact ship to location. Shipping costs are the Negotiated Rate from UPS and are the actual cost of shipping the package. UPS Ground transit time is the estimated time that the package takes to arrive to the ship to location after it has left the warehouse. We also offer promotions regularly. Coupons cannot be applied to pre-discounted subscriptions or to gift cards. Limit one coupon per customer. Deduction will be applied when code is entered at check-out. Coupons cannot be combined with any other offer, voucher, promotion or coupon.

Quantities are limited and out of stock items cannot be rain checked for future discount. We cannot adjust prices on previous purchases.
